EAST-CENTRAL ARKANSAS INTO PORTIONS OF WEST TENNESSEE AND ALL OF
NORTH MISSISSIPPI TODAY INTO THIS EVENING. THE AFFECTED AREA IS
GENERALLY ALONG AND SOUTH OF A LINE FROM NEAR POCAHONTAS ARKANSAS
TO RIPLEY TENNESSEE TO DECATURVILLE TENNESSEE. DAMAGING
WINDS...LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL WITH POSSIBLE FLOODING...AND
FREQUENT GROUND TO CLOUD LIGHTNING WILL BE THE MAIN THREATS.

HEAT INDEX READINGS WILL CLIMB TO NEAR 105 DEGREES TUESDAY FROM
