NORTHEAST FLORIDA INCLUDING THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS THROUGH
FRIDAY MORNING...

...AREAL FLOOD WARNINGS CONTINUE IN EFFECT FOR MUCH OF SOUTHEAST
GEORGIA AND UPPER SUWANNEE VALLEY REGION OF NORTH FLORIDA...

A TORNADO WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR ALL OF NORTHEAST FLORIDA AND A
PORTION OF SOUTHEAST GEORGIA THROUGH 5 AM FRIDAY. AN UPPER
DISTURBANCE PRODUCING MORE STORMS IN THE NORTHEAST GULF ARE
EXPECTED TO MOVE NORTHEAST ACROSS THE AREA TONIGHT. SOME STORMS
MAY BECOME SEVERE WITH THE MAIN CONCERNS BEING ISOLATED
TORNADOES...LARGE HAIL...AND DANGEROUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING.

A FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR MOST OF THE FORECAST AREA. THERE HAVE
BEEN NUMEROUS REPORTS OF FLOODED AND CLOSED ROADS IN SOUTHEAST
GEORGIA AND THE SUWANNEE VALLEY REGION OF NORTH FLORIDA. ADDITIONAL
RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN ADDITION TO THE
ESTIMATED 2 TO 4 INCHES THAT FELL EARLIER. THIS ADDITIONAL RAINFALL
MAY CONTINUE TO CAUSE LOCALIZED FLOODING. MUCH OF SOUTHEAST GEORGIA
AND THE UPPER SUWANNEE VALLEY REGION ARE UNDER AN AREAL FLOOD
WARNING THROUGH EARLY FRIDAY MORNING.
