A STRONG STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE ACROSS NORTH TEXAS TODAY. THE AIR
MASS IS UNSTABLE AND SOME OF THE STORMS WILL BE STRONG TO SEVERE.
THE PRIMARY SEVERE WEATHER HAZARD WILL BE DAMAGING WINDS. LOW LEVEL
WIND SHEAR WILL BE STRONG AND THIS WILL SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF
TORNADOES. THE BEST CHANCE FOR STORMS WILL BE DURING THE MORNING
AND EARLY AFTERNOON HOURS.
