SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH.  STRONG WIND GUSTS TO 50 MPH... POSSIBLY
STRONGER... ARE LIKELY TO REACH NORTHERN ALFALFA AND GRANT COUNTIES
BETWEEN 1 PM AND 130 PM.
