AT 317 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER THE HUDSON RIVER NEAR PEEKSKILL MOVING EAST AT 17 MPH.
