INSTABILITY WILL BE CLOSER TO THE NORTH DAKOTA BORDER THIS
AFTERNOON...AN ISOLATED STRONG TO SEVERE STORM WILL STILL BE
POSSIBLE UNTIL THE COLD FRONT PASSES THROUGH TONIGHT.

THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK FOR SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS TODAY AND TONIGHT.
AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH WILL COMBINE WITH INCREASING INSTABILITY TO
TRIGGER STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LARGE
HAIL...DAMAGING WINDS AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL. THE SEVERE
THREAT WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH BY THIS EVENING AS STORMS EXIT INTO
THE DAKOTAS.
