AREA FORECAST DISCUSSION NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE EL PASO TX/SANTA TERESA NM 355 AM MDT SUN JUL 27 2008 .SYNOPSIS... TROPICAL MOISTURE ASSOCIATED WITH THE REMNANTS OF HURRICANE DOLLY WILL REMAIN OVER THE BORDERLAND TODAY AND TONIGHT BEFORE DRIFTING OFF TO THE NORTHEAST ON MONDAY. THIS WILL KEEP NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL IN THE FORECAST THROUGH TONIGHT. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BECOME ISOLATED TUESDAY AND BEYOND AS UPPER HIGH REFORMS OVER ARIZONA AND WESTERN NEW MEXICO CURTAILS ACTIVITY. TEMPERATURES WILL WARM BACK TO ABOVE NORMAL AS MOISTURE DECREASES AND SKIES CLEAR. && .DISCUSSION...
