AT 950 PM CDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM ELKADER TO OELWEIN TO 30
MILES SOUTHWEST OF WATERLOO.  THE LINE WAS MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH.
THIS LINE OF STORMS IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH.
