SIGNS OF ROTATION...THEREFORE THE TORNADO WARNING WILL BE ALLOWED TO 
EXPIRE. HOWEVER...SEVERE STRAIGHT LINE WINDS ARE EXPECTED WITH THIS 
STORM IN NORTHWEST JOHNSTON COUNTY...AND A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
