* AT 924 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 13 MILES SOUTHWEST OF LOVELL...MOVING NORTHEAST
  AT 55 MPH. PARTICULARLY DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 70 MPH ARE     
  LIKELY WITH THIS STORM.   WINDS OF 86 MPH WERE RECORDED AT THE     
  MESONET SITE IN KINGFISHER.
