* AT 1147 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM...
  CAPABLE OF PRODUCING NICKEL SIZE HAIL...AND DAMAGING WINDS IN
  EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 4 MILES SOUTHEAST OF
  PRIOR LAKE...OR ABOUT 20 MILES SOUTH OF MINNEAPOLIS...AND MOVING
  SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH.
