THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN THE TWIN CITIES HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  DAKOTA COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA...
  EASTERN SCOTT COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA...

* UNTIL 145 AM CDT

* AT 1148 PM CDT...RADAR DETECTED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY
  RAIN ACROSS MUCH OF THE WARNED AREA. THE STORMS PRODUCING THE
  HEAVIEST RAIN WERE EXTENDING FROM 7 MILES SOUTH OF ST PAUL TO 21   
  MILES SOUTH OF MINNEAPOLIS. THESE STORMS WERE  MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 
  35 MPH. 

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT MAY BE AFFECTED INCLUDE...APPLE VALLEY...
  BURNSVILLE...EAGAN...FARMINGTON...LAKEVILLE...ROSEMOUNT AND SAVAGE.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IMMINENT.
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNED AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
