THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN THE TWIN CITIES HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  GOODHUE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA...

* UNTIL 230 AM CDT

* AT 1226 AM CDT...RADAR DETECTED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY
  RAIN ACROSS MUCH OF THE WARNED AREA. THE STORMS PRODUCING THE
  HEAVIEST RAIN WERE EXTENDING FROM 9 MILES NORTHWEST OF LAKE CITY TO
  16 MILES EAST OF FARIBAULT. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING SOUTHEAST AT  
  ABOUT 35 MPH. 

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT MAY BE AFFECTED INCLUDE...RED 
WING...WASTEDO...HADER AND ZUMBROTA.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IMMINENT.
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNED AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
