OCCURS...MAINLY ALONG U.S. HIGHWAY 59 FROM EDNA TO LIVINGSTON.
RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES WILL BE COMMON ACROSS SOUTHEAST
TEXAS. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 4 TO 7 INCHES WILL BE
