  DETECTED CONTINUE VERY HEAVY RAINFALL FROM JOHNSON CITY TO BOERNE
  AND COMFORT. RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES WERE NOTED. THIS 
  WILL CONTINUE FLASH FLOODING IN THAT AREA.
