THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  VAL VERDE

* UNTIL 715 AM CDT

* AT 120 AM CDT...RADAR CONTINUED TO SHOW AREAS OF RAIN...HEAVY AT
  TIMES...FORMING OVER VAL VERDE COUNTY.  HEAVY RAIN IS LIKELY TO
  CONTINUE DEVELOPING OVER VAL VERDE COUNTY FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL
  HOURS...AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS. THIS WILL
  CAUSE FLOODING AT LOW WATER CROSSINGS AND OTHER LOW LYING AREAS
  THAT FLOOD EASILY.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE DEL RIO...PANDALE...LOMA ALTA AND 
  JUNO

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE OVER VAL VERDE COUNTY THE
REST OF TONIGHT.  RAIN WILL BE HEAVY AT TIMES.  SHOWERS AND 
THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING NORTH AND NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

WHEN WATER COVERS THE ROAD...TURN AROUND DONT DROWN. THE LIFE YOU
SAVE MAY BE YOUR OWN.

IT IS HARD TO RECOGNIZE THE DANGERS OF FLOODING AT NIGHT. IF FLOOD
WATERS RISE ACT QUICKLY. DO NOT STAY IN FLOOD PRONE AREAS.
