THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  BANDERA

* UNTIL 1215 PM CDT

* AT 1042 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS HAVE
  DETECTED VERY HEAVY RAINS ACROSS THE TARPLEY TO BANDERA TO MEDINA
  AREAS AS WELL AS AROUND VANDERPOOL. RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 
  INCHES PER HOUR WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING. THE RAINS WILL DRIFT
  SLOWLY TO THE EAST AT 5 TO 10 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE VANDERPOOL...MEDINA AND BANDERA
