* UNTIL 415 PM EDT MONDAY

* AT 1006 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL MOVING REPEATEDLY 
OVER SOUTHERN SUMMIT AND NORTHERN STARK COUNTIES.  RAINFALL OF UP TO 
THREE INCHES PER HOUR IS POSSIBLE WITH THIS LINE OF STORMS.  

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO MOGADORE...
  GREEN...HARTVILLE AND BARBERTON.  STREAMS IMPACTED MAY INCLUDE 
WOLF CREEK... AND THE WEST BRANCH OF THE NIMISHILLEN CREEK.

MOST FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. NEVER DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO
