* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MEDINA COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OHIO
  WAYNE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OHIO

* UNTIL 345 PM EDT

* AT 948 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER SOUTHERN MEDINA AND NORTHERN WAYNE 
COUNTIES.  OVER THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN SEVILLE DURING 
THE PAST HOUR... WITH AN ADDITIONAL INCH TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN 
POSSIBLE THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON.  

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO 
WADSWORTH...RITTMAN AND LODI.  STREAMS IMPACTED INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT 
LIMITED TO CHIPPEWA CREEK... TOMMY RUN... AND SILVER CREEK.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS. COUNTRY ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF 
STREAMS AND OTHER LOW LYING AREAS WILL BE SUBJECT TO FLOODING.

MOST FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. NEVER DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO
AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. FLOOD WATERS ARE USUALLY 
DEEPER THAN THEY APPEAR. TURN AROUND...DONT DROWN
