       CENTRAL AND EASTERN ARKANSAS
       MISSOURI BOOTHEEL

EFFECTIVE THIS MONDAY MORNING FROM 310 AM UNTIL 1000 AM CST.

TORNADOES...HAIL TO 2 INCHES IN DIAMETER...THUNDERSTORM WIND GUSTS
TO 70 MPH...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS.

THE TORNADO WATCH AREA IS APPROXIMATELY ALONG AND 60 STATUTE MILES
EAST AND WEST OF A LINE FROM 35 MILES NORTHEAST OF WALNUT RIDGE
ARKANSAS TO 15 MILES SOUTH SOUTHWEST OF EL DORADO ARKANSAS.  FOR A
