A COLD FRONT AND ASSOCIATED LOW PRESSURE WILL APPROACH THE REGION
TONIGHT...ALLOWING NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TO AFFECT THE
MID ATLANTIC. SOME THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING VERY
HEAVY RAINFALL IN A SMALL AMOUNT OF TIME...WHICH MAY CAUSE FLASH
FLOODING. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MAY MOVE ACROSS THE SAME REGIONS
REPEATEDLY OVERNIGHT..AS WELL. FOR THESE REASONS...A FLASH FLOOD
WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING FOR NORTH CENTRAL AND
