THE NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER HAS ISSUED A
TORNADO WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF 

       WESTERN OKLAHOMA
       NORTHWEST TEXAS AND THE EASTERN TEXAS PANHANDLE

EFFECTIVE THIS FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING FROM 210 PM UNTIL 900
PM CDT.

TORNADOES...HAIL TO 4 INCHES IN DIAMETER...THUNDERSTORM WIND GUSTS
TO 80 MPH...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS.

THE TORNADO WATCH AREA IS APPROXIMATELY ALONG AND 85 STATUTE MILES
EAST AND WEST OF A LINE FROM 55 MILES NORTH NORTHWEST OF CLINTON
OKLAHOMA TO 80 MILES SOUTHWEST OF WICHITA FALLS TEXAS. FOR A

TORNADOES.  STORMS SHOULD SPREAD EASTWARD DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON
AND EVENING INTO WESTERN OK.

AVIATION...TORNADOES AND A FEW SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WITH HAIL
SURFACE AND ALOFT TO 4 INCHES. EXTREME TURBULENCE AND SURFACE WIND
