THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN THE TWIN CITIES HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CHIPPEWA COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 600 AM CDT

* AT 309 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMATES INDICATED THAT     
  NEARLY 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN DURING THE PAST 3 HOURS OVER    
  THE WARNED AREA. EXPECT ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS TO REDEVELOP      
  AND PASS OVER THE WARNED AREA...RESULTING IN ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES 
  OF RAIN POSSIBLE.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT MAY BE AFFECTED INCLUDE...MILAN...WATSON AND
  GLUEK.
