  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS MUCH OF THE WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT AS 
  MUCH AS 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER MUCH OF POPE COUNTY OVER  
  THE PAST HOUR. 

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT MAY BE AFFECTED INCLUDE...FARWELL...GLENWOOD...
  LOWRY...SEDAN...STARBUCK...VILLARD AND GILCHRIST.
