THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOBILE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...

  BALDWIN COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST ALABAMA
  MOBILE COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST ALABAMA

* UNTIL 1145 AM CDT

* AT 945 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  FLASH FLOODING FROM THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM
  SUMMERDALE TO 5 MILES SOUTH OF GRAND BAY...OR ALONG A LINE
  EXTENDING FROM 25 MILES SOUTHEAST OF DOWNTOWN MOBILE TO 10 MILES
  EAST OF MOSS POINT. THIS LINE OF STORMS PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING
  WAS DRIFTING SOUTH AROUND 5 MPH.

TOTAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 3 TO 4 INCHES ARE LIKELY OVER THE WARNED 
AREA. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF 
SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG 
THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
