* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN TERRELL COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST TEXAS

* UNTIL 1215 AM CDT

* AT 913 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED
  A THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING OVER 
  NORTHEASTERN TERRELL COUNTY...OR ABOUT 17 MILES SOUTHWEST OF 
  SHEFFIELD. THE STORM PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING WAS NEARLY           
  STATIONARY.

FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS AND STREAMS... LOW WATER CROSSINGS...
NORMALLY DRY WASHES AND ARROYOS... AND LOW LYING FARMLAND IS LIKELY.
DO NOT DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED ROADS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. ACT QUICKLY IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED. MOVE TO
