* AT 727 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS
  OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED OVER NORTHEASTERN OSWEGO
  COUNTY...OR ABOUT 24 MILES SOUTH OF WATERTOWN...AND WAS MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
