* AT 628 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DESTRUCTIVE WINDS
  IN EXCESS OF 80 MPH.  THESE STORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE
  EXTENDING FROM 19 MILES NORTHWEST OF VICTOR TO 14 MILES WEST OF
  HONEOYE...AND WERE MOVING EAST AT 50 MPH.
