EFFECTIVE THIS THURSDAY MORNING AND EVENING FROM 1050 AM UNTIL 900
PM EDT.
TORNADOES...THUNDERSTORM WIND GUSTS TO 70 MPH...AND DANGEROUS
LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS.
THE TORNADO WATCH AREA IS ALONG AND 115 STATUTE MILES EAST AND
WEST OF A LINE FROM 25 MILES NORTH NORTHEAST OF ALBANY GEORGIA TO
