ACROSS SOUTH TX THIS EVENING.

MESOANALYSIS/RADAR SHOW THAT THE OUTFLOW BOUNDARY THAT EMANATED FROM
LARGE E TX MCS HAS SPLAYED SEWD OFF THE TX COAST...WITH WRN EXTENT
NOW QUASI-STATIONARY FROM NEAR KCRP-25 SW KCOT. TSTMS CONTINUE TO
FORM ACROSS THE RIO GRANDE VLY WEST OF KCOT AND MOVE EWD TOWARD THE
KCRP REGION ALONG/NORTH OF THE BOUNDARY. VERY STEEP LAPSE RATES
NOTED ON THE 00 UTC KCRP SOUNDING ATOP RICH MOIST BOUNDARY LAYER
CONTINUES TO SUPPORT VERY UNSTABLE AIR MASS ACROSS DEEP SOUTH
