THUNDERSTORMS TO THE REGION.  RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE
POSSIBLE...AND WILL PRODUCE FLOODING OF LOW WATER CROSSINGS AND LOW
LYING AREAS.  A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT THROUGH TODAY.
