THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
  MORRIS COUNTY IN NORTHERN NEW JERSEY.

* UNTIL 230 PM EDT

* AT 138 PM EDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED A SEVERE
  THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60  
  MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 8 MILES SOUTHEAST OF CHESTER IN 
  NORTHERN SOMERSET COUNTY. THIS STORM TORE DOWN TREES AND WIRES IN
  BEDMINSTER TOWNSHIP AND WAS MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
  MADISON AND MORRISTOWN BY 200 PM EDT...
  EAST HANOVER AND 8 MILES SOUTH OF PARSIPPANY BY 210 PM EDT...

THIS STORM CAN PRODUCE NICKEL SIZE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS 
OF 60 MPH. TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS WITH POOR DRAINAGE FLOODING WILL 
ALSO OCCUR WITH THIS STORM.

DOPPLER RADAR HAS INDICATED SOME WEAK ROTATION WITHIN THIS STORM.
WHILE NOT IMMEDIATELY LIKELY...A TORNADO MAY STILL DEVELOP. IF A
TORNADO IS SPOTTED...ACT QUICKLY AND MOVE TO A PLACE OF SAFETY IN A
STURDY STRUCTURE...SUCH AS A BASEMENT OR SMALL INTERIOR ROOM.
