* AT 1254 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
DEVELOPING SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING NICKEL SIZE HAIL
AND DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR
LEBANON AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
