EAST CENTRAL MIDDLESEX COUNTY IN NORTHERN NEW JERSEY * UNTIL 845 PM EDT * AT 645 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED FLASH FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM NEAR OLD BRIDGE...OR ABOUT 8 MILES SOUTH OF PERTH AMBOY...MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH. * OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO SAYREVILLE AND EAST BRUNSWICK.
