EXTREME NORTHERN MONMOUTH COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW JERSEY
* UNTIL 945 PM EDT
* AT 743 PM EDT...ROADWAY FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED IN CLIFFWOOD
BEACH AND ABERDEEN. THE HEAVY RAIN FELL IN A THUNDERSTORM THAT HAS
NOW MOVED OUT OF THE AREA.
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE
UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS
