* AT 700 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 8 MILES
  SOUTHWEST OF YANCEY...OR ABOUT 13 MILES NORTHWEST OF PEARSALL...
  MOVING NORTH AT 15 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
