THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  FAYETTE
  GONZALES
  LAVACA
  WILSON
  DEWITT
  KARNES

* UNTIL 245 AM CDT

* AT 1054 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  FLASH FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM 6 MILES SOUTHWEST OF KENEDY...
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
 
NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS ARE REDEVELOPING OVER AREAS THAT HAVE ALREADY 
SEEN SIGNIFICANT FLOODING EARLIER THIS EVENING. THE FLOOD THREAT 
WILL BE ESPECIALLY SENSITIVE AROUND FALLS CITY AND THE FLOOD PLAINS 
OF THE CIBOLO CREEK AND SAN ANTONIO RIVERS. UP TO 3 INCHES OF 
ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER THESE SATURATED AREAS BY 2 
AM.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
