* AT 910 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  FLASH FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM NEAR FREDERICKSBURG...MOVING
  EAST AT 20 MPH.  RAINFALL RATES OF 2 INCHES AN HOUR ARE BEING
  ESTIMATED BY DOPPLER RADAR.

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE WILLOW CITY.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
