* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  KENDALL

* UNTIL 145 AM CDT

* AT 1041 PM CDT...FLASH FLOODING WAS REPORTED FROM A THUNDERSTORM
  NEAR SISTERDALE...OR ABOUT 10 MILES NORTH OF BOERNE...MOVING EAST
  AT 25 MPH. RAINFALL RATES ARE ESTIMATED AT 1 TO 1.5 INCHES AN HOUR. 

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
