THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A
* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
BLANCO
* UNTIL 115 AM CDT
* AT 1022 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS
PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL RATES OF 2 TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR OVER
BLANCO COUNTY. THESE STORMS ARE MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
ANOTHER ROUND OF HEAVY RAIN WILL MOVE INTO THIS SAME AREA SHORTLY
AFTER MIDNIGHT. ISOLATED 4 INCH RAINFALL AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE
THROUGH 1 AM.
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
