* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN HIDALGO COUNTY IN DEEP SOUTH TEXAS

* UNTIL 130 AM CDT

* AT 1241 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO NEAR ELSA...OR 6
  MILES WEST OF EDCOUCH...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
   ELSA...DONNA BY 1250 AM CDT.
   EDCOUCH BY 1255 AM CDT.
   WESLACO BY 100 AM CDT.
   MERCEDES BY 110 AM CDT.
