KENEDY COUNTY IN DEEP SOUTH TEXAS * UNTIL 1030 PM CDT * AT 717 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED FROM 2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAINFALL IS LIKELY TO BLANKET THE SATURATED GROUND OF KENEDY COUNTY TONIGHT. * SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...SARITA AND MOST OF HIGHWAY 77.
