* AT 448 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A 
  DEVELOPING TORNADO 12 MILES SOUTH OF SOCIETY HILL...OR ABOUT 18    
  MILES NORTHEAST OF UNION SPRINGS...MOVING NORTHWEST AT 45 MPH.
