VALID 012310Z - 020045Z THE THREAT OF VERY LARGE HAIL AND ISOLATED TORNADOES CONTINUES ACROSS WW0200. LATEST MESOANALYSIS SHOWS PRE-FRONTAL TROUGH EXTENDING FROM JUST E OF DUA SWWD TO NEAR FTW TO N OF SJT. TEMPERATURES IN THE 80S TO AROUND 90 AND DEWPOINTS IN THE MID 60S TO LOWER 70S HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO A STRONGLY TO EXTREMELY UNSTABLE AIRMASS AHEAD OF THIS TROUGH WITH MLCAPES OF 3000-4000 J/KG. RECENT FORT WORTH/GRANGER RADAR LOOPS INDICATES A HIGHLY DEVIATE SUPERCELL OVER BOSQUE COUNTY WITH ADDITIONAL STRONG TO SEVERE STORMS SWWD INTO MASON COUNTY. ALTHOUGH 0-6 KM SHEAR REMAINS MARGINALLY SUFFICIENT FOR SUPERCELLS /I.E. 30-35KTS/ STRONGER WINDS IN THE 8-10KM LAYER WILL AID IN STORM PERSISTENCE GIVEN THE DEGREE OF INSTABILITY AND SUBSEQUENTLY HIGH EQUILIBRIUM LEVELS. THE STRONG INSTABILITY AND DEEP-LAYER SHEAR SUGGESTS THAT VERY LARGE HAIL WILL CONTINUE TO BE THE PRIMARY SEVERE WEATHER THREAT.
