A WW ISSUANCE IS NOT ANTICIPATED. RECENT VIS SATELLITE/LIGHTNING IMAGERY INDICATE A FEW TSTMS HAVE FORMED AROUND ABILENE TX. VISIBLE IMAGERY SHOWS SIGNS OF A LOWER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WITH A COUNTERCLOCKWISE SWIRL IN BORDEN/HOWARD COUNTIES WITH SOME LOW-TOPPED TSTMS INITIATING TO THE ENE OF THE FEATURE. THIS DISTURBANCE IS OCCURRING AS A MID LEVEL EXITS THE ROCKIES WITH DISCERNABLE VORTICITY AXES IN BOTH NRN MEXICO AND NERN CO/SERN WY. THE BOUNDARY LAYER AIRMASS IN THIS REGION IS MODERATELY UNSTABLE WITH SFC TEMPERATURES IN THE MID 70S...DEWPOINT VALUES IN THE MID-UPPER 50S YIELDING MUCAPES AROUND 1500 J/KG. DESPITE MODERATE INSTABILITY...STORM ORGANIZATION IS RATHER UNLIKELY DUE TO WEAK MID-LVL FLOW /10-20 KTS/...POOR 0-6KM DEEP LAYER SHEAR...AND WEAK LOWER LVL INFLOW INTO THE REGION.
