MESOSCALE VORTICITY CENTER HAS EVOLVED FROM THE MCS OVER NWRN TX
THIS EVENING...LOCATED OVER HALL COUNTY ATTM.  AT THE SAME
TIME...OUTFLOW BOUNDARY IS MOVING SWWD ACROSS THE RED RIVER INTO
NWRN TX AND WILL EVENTUALLY LINK UP WITH THE COMPLEX OF STORMS WEST
OF CDS.  AIR MASS DOWNSTREAM ACROSS MUCH OF N TX IS UNSTABLE AND HAS
BEEN UNTOUCHED THIS EVENING.  THUS...IT IS LIKELY THAT TSTMS WILL
MOVE SEWD ALONG/S OF THE RED RIVER FOR SEVERAL MORE HOURS WITH
DAMAGING WINDS...HAIL AND VERY HEAVY RAINFALL.

FARTHER EAST...BACKBUILDING MCS CONTINUES TO THRIVE...WITH UPSTREAM
UPDRAFT GROWTH ALONG NOSE OF SSWLY LLJ.  THIS SCENARIO WILL LIKELY
