RENO COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS * UNTIL 1130 PM CDT * AT 833 PM CDT...LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS IN REPORTED FLOODING IN THE CITY OF HUTCHISON. RENO COUNTY EOC REPORTED NUMEROUS STALLED CARS WITH DITCHES RUNNING BANKFULL. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN OVER EASTERN SECTIONS OF RENO COUNTY.
