STRONG DIFFERENTIAL HEATING WILL OCCUR OVER THE MTNS WITH FULL SUN ABOVE DENSE VALLEY FOG. IN FACT...LFC A LITTLE LOWER TODAY ALONG WITH WET BULB ZERO.
