FOR THE EXTREME EASTERN ZONES. A WEAK SHORTWAVE CROSSING THE AREA
TODAY IS FORECAST TO INCREASE THE PRECIPITATION COVERAGE ACROSS THE
REGION THIS AFTERNOON. RUC...HOWEVER...KEEPS ANY MEASURABLE
PRECIPITATION LIMITED TO MOSTLY THE NORTH CAROLINA PORTION OF THE
