TAIL END OF MOISTURE CONVERGENCE EDGING INTO METROPLEX. CB SHOULD SUFFICE...BUT WILL WATCH PROXIMITY TO METRO APTS. AFTER SUNSET...QUIET NIGHT. SFC BOUNDARY WEAKENS...WINDS LGT VRB.
